During the month of January 2014, NBHA decided that all Districts would move to a 5D format for Points, starting immediately. It was decided by the Florida State Director that all Florida Districts would stay on a 4D format for payouts. D's paid to are 1D, 2D, 3D, & 5D(which is the old 4D). The New 4D was created inbetween the 3D and Old 4D. This yields additional contestants that can qualify for Worlds Shows. Thanks to everyone that helps keep this district going. At the shows and to those working on the Awards Fund. This is a tremendously thankless job. Our Second show for 2026 was Feb 28 at the Sand Cay Farms Arena. There were 85 Open, 8 Senior and 48 Youth contestants.Thanks to Champlin Barrel Horses for donating $250 of Added Money. This brought the total Added Money to $500. Thanks to Florida Native Equestrian Development for Sponsoring FL10 Barrel Covers.

MEMBERSHIP REMINDER
... THIS IS NBHA RULE SECTION C, PART 1, THIRD PARAGRAPH. This is a common occurrance. |
REMINDER: It's up to you to make sure your membership is up to date. There is a 30 day grace period for expired memberships. After that time, you are a non member and are subject to the $10 non-member fee. Also, any accumlited points are erased and you must start over, (click here to read NBHA Rules, Section C, Part 1). The dress
code is simple, long pants, shirt, boots. BUT NO Spaghetti Straps.
Tank top is ok, but keep it tasteful. (1" minimum width at the
shoulder.) |
